YAAMA DHIYAAN
Initiated and funded by the Redfern Waterloo Authority, Yaama Dhiyaan is a Hospitality Training Centre and Function Centre that specialises in modern Australian cuisine using Indigenous produce and flavours.
Yaama Dhiyaan is located within the Redfern Waterloo Authority's North Eveleigh precinct at 255 Wilson Street Darlington. For more information head to the Yaama Dhiyaan website.
Yaama Dhiyaan Cafe is open every Saturday from 8am-2pm and is open on the first Sunday of the month from 10am-2pm to coincide with the Eveleigh Farmers' Markers and the Eveleigh Artists Market.
